SIBER-DOOR  Sectional Door is made up isolated panels that open sliding upwards when the door is opened, it moves towards the ceiling and disappears, and you have the whole door opening you can use.

It is sandwich panels have a high isolation value and secure, durable and safe.

WORKING CONDITION

You can use the door – tech door as manually ( without motorisation ) very easily, because of spring torsion, also if you are use motor in the sectional door when electricity failing you can pull manual release rope on the motor and you can open or closed door by hand very easily ( example: 5 years old child open door by hand very easily when pulling the manual release rope )

PANELS

Insulated steel galvanized panel, 150 gr / m2, with micro stiffening ribs, pre – lacquered double metal sheet with epoxy powder thickness 25u. filling up with polyurethane foam, CFC free, the minimum density of 40 kg/m3

Male and female finger protection profiles, reaction class to fire 0-2

 

HARDWARE

All sectional door hardware is hot-dipped galvanized, plastic roller, lateral and upper rubber

astragal profile.

The standard panel colour is RAL 9002

ROPE SNAP SAFETY

SIBER-DOOR  Doors are designed to prevent movements of the door downwards during rope snap.

SPRING BREAK SAFETY

SIBER-DOOR  Doors are designed to prevent the risk of breaking of the spring and falling of the door under it is the weight. This system is mandatory under safety regulations.

MORE COMFORTABLE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Gaskets around the door and between the panels increase airtightness of the doors. As energy losses decrease, a more comfortable working environment is obtained.

WINDOWS

Windows used optionally enables view as well as letting in sunlight. Windowed panels can be chosen rectangular or oval in any number required.

PEDESTRIAN DOOR

The pedestrian door used optionally is used inside the sectional door. All pedestrian door hardware systems are special aluminium profile and strong hinge systems, lock systems with a cylinder, and handle.

MOTOR

Engine types used in our sectional doors; They are engine types originating from MFZ/Marantec (Germany) or AssaAbloy/FlexiForce (Frequenz/Netherlands). Our doors have been tested and certified according to EN 13241-1 European safety norms and standards, and will be provided for your information upon request.
