DYNACO Doors' PVC curtains do not use any horizontal and skirt profiles, forklifts, vehicles, etc. After the PVC curtain is completely dislodged, it goes back to the curtain guides and returns to its normal working position. However, in other PVC doors in the market, the horizontal and lower skirt profiles are deformed in such bumps, preventing the door from working and causing high costs for service and spare parts. DYNACO High-Speed ​​PVC Doors also have a patented high-tech special rail and curtain noose system that is not in any door. It provides a real and complete sealing in the environments where the door is used.

ENGINE

GEAR BOX

It works with a large bevel gear system coupled with a worm gear . Its size is 50 and the reduction ratio is 1/7. (For 0.75 mo tor)

CONTROL BOARD

It is produced according to DYNACO Standards and in the system

magnetothermic circuit breaker is used. 24V AC transformer is used. There is an adjustable time for shutdown, a button to reset the system in case of power cuts or emergency situations. Protection class IP 65

DOOR STOP

DYNACO doors also use an encoder switch system instead of mechanical switches that are used in other doors in the market and cause problems over time . 

LIMIT SWITCHLER

The transmitter of the wireless detector system is located on the lower skirt of the door and its receiver is inside the control unit. When this sensor encounters any obstacle under the door, the transmitter switches to standby mode and immediately sends a signal to the receiver, allowing the door to be opened back. 

DETECTOR (WDD)

Depending on the door type, single phase 220 - 240V or 3 phase 380 - 400Venergy can be used. Gate 50 - 60 Hz. It works on its frequency. When installing energy for doors, 16 A fuse must be used for 0.75 Kw motor, 25 A fuse for 1.5 Kw motor.
